Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and development
- Collaborate with parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior
- Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and lessons
Experience:
- Previous experience in toddler care, daycare, childcare, or early intervention programs
- Proficiency in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to provide math and literacy education in an engaging manner
- Experience in behavior management techniques for young children
- Background in tutoring or teaching young learners is advantageous

Pay: $14.40 - $16.35 per hour
