Position: Full-Time Medical Assistant
Location: Tillamook, Oregon
The Role: Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Tillamook Family Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team of mental health professionals. You will play a vital role in providing top-notch medical care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff, including taking vital signs, administering injections, and preparing patients for evaluations.
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate advocate for patients, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and cared for during their visit.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care that addresses the whole person, not just symptoms.
- Administrative Acumen: Assist with the management of patient records, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
