They need a team player who wants to help their peers while positively impacting the company’s vision. What You’ll Do : Enter new orders into ERP System.

Check that the information in ERP System matches the purchase order (PO). Save electronically Receive instruction from Master Production Scheduler (MPS) for processing orders in E2, communicate to Project Managers (and / or My Lam) Coordinate with MPS to assure that due dates in ERP System reflect Apex commitments Save change PO’s and update ERP System with changes Perform first pass on weekly open order report Study work flow and sequence of operations in the department and recommend process improvements Other duties as requested.

Like experience or equivalent experience may be looked at. Good organizational skills Able to work within the MS Office suite environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels and disciplines.
