Great Homes Ohio is Hiring a Handyman Near Tiffin, OH

What You'll Do:

In this position, your role will be crucial in maintaining our properties. Your responsibilities include basic carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, flooring installation, fixture installation and drywall repair. You'll also operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools. These tasks are small to medium repairs, remodeling and home improvement projects. You will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We buy, sell, and manage single and multi-family assets throughout Northeast Ohio. Our current real estate portfolio is growing and we are looking for a new team member.

This position is for an independent contractor with a pay range of $18-24 an hour depending on experience. The time commitment is on average 8-10 hours a week and the projects can be done on nights and weekends. But as an independent contractor you can set your own schedule and can work more or less hours as needed. This position is very flexible and you can still work your fulltime job.

What We Need from You:

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Personal vehicle and tools required.
  • A valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Experience as a handyman or similar role
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot various issues effectively
  • Keep accurate records of work performed
  • Travel within Seneca, Wyandot, & Sandusky counties.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
