Avero is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Three Rivers, MI
Our customer in Three Rivers MI is looking to bring on additional Production Supervisors for all three shifts. They are willing to look at different levels of production experience as well as entry level engineers looking to get their foot in the door with a great company. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred but not necessary, but this person needs to be a strong communicator.
Ideal candidates:
-Strong leader
-Manufacturing environment experience
-Production flow problem solving: workflow, production stoppage, time reduction, team communication, and material evaluations
-Strong communication both verbal and reporting
-"Do what it takes" mentality: there may be OT/Weekends etc.
-Process Improvement
This is an impressive facility, very clean work environment, and the GROWTH opportunity is outstanding. A successful candidate will be someone with Production Supervisor experience or entry level engineer that wants to get started and grow within the manufacturing industry.
