Link Technologies is Hiring a Cable Technician Near Thornton, CO
Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com) is seeking 2 Cable Technicians for a 6 month contract opportunity in the Thornton, CO area.
Position Description
These positions will be part of a low-voltage cabling team. Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Pulling new network cables
- Troubleshooting/repairing existing network cables
- Terminating and testing network cables for various network systems and components including:
- Intercom speakers
- Security cameras
- Wireless access points
- UPS systems
- VoIP infrastructure
- Pulling, terminating, and testing fiber
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recent professional experience pulling, troubleshooting/repairing, terminating, and testing network cabling in a commercial or enterprise environment
- Experience terminating and testing network cabling for intercom speakers, security cameras, wireless access points, UPS systems, and/or VoIP infrastructure
Pay Rate:
- $20-25/hr based on skills and experience
