Qualifications:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) , or
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Must be licensed in CO
• Must be willing to travel to nursing homes in the assigned geographic region as well as perform telehealth visits if necessary
