Property Management Firm managing 800 residential rental properties is looking for a maintenance coordinator. Ideal candidate would have several years of property management office experience and experience dispatching maintenance techs. Must be bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and have very good organizational skills.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
