Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier where you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment.

Duties:

- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and provide assistance as needed
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or electronic scanners

- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Promote sales by showcasing product features through demonstrations
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

Experience:

- Prior experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience with technical sales or product demonstrations is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or Spanish language is beneficial
- Strong phone etiquette and problem-solving skills
