RN / Case Manager with experience in home health to see patients in Umatilla, Eustis, Mt Dora, Tavares and Leesburg area. Per diem position . Flexible schedule. Mileage reimbursement. Looking for that person with critical thinking skills, a kind and caring attitude towards patients and staff. A team player. Someone who strives for good outcomes. All clinicians are required to wear a mask and screen all patients for covid before entering patients homes, and take all precautions while in the home.
