Currently hiring for a full-time Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) position!We are committed to delivering exceptional mental health services to our community and are rapidly growing. They are seeking your expertise to contribute to this mission. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records. Collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals, a deep passion for our field, and continuous professional development are the foundation of our work.
Job Types:
  • Full-time Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Telehealth
Salary:
  • $115,000 to $130,000 a year.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assess family needs and facilitate appropriate linkages for families to community-based services.
  • Work within a crisis driven environment with a knowledge base of substance abuse and addiction, domestic violence, child maltreatment, trauma, and mental health conditions.
  • Provide education to other members of the team around clients’ psychosocial stressors and needs, to ensure positive outcomes for families.
  • Document patient medical and psychological histories, physical assessment results, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, or outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
