SPRINT WASTE SERVICES is Hiring an Environmental Technician Near Texas, TX

The Environmental Tech is responsible for managing and collecting all drums within the plant. This position also coordinate shipments for disposals, completes weekly audits and organize/document all flo-bins for shipment. Also, if needed, assist in sampling and repacking drums.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Practices safety procedures in accordance with training and guidelines when working

Collect necessary wastes, aerosol containers, and batteries

Update the sampling log daily of all activity

Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

40 hr. Hazwoper certification

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

3 years working inside industrial facilities, refineries or plants

High school diploma

Must have ability to lift heavy objects, move quickly and endure outdoor conditions

Must be willing to work OT (including weekends) if needed
