Risinger Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Technician to become the next long-term member of our team.

We’re Looking For:

• Veterinary technician with 3 years of experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person!
• Comfortable around large animals and experience with small animal handling/restraint
• Positive, outgoing team players with exceptional communication skills
• Individuals who take initiative and are willing to help others in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable individuals who have excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Administering vaccines, injections, and medications
• Small animal patient handling and restraint
• Lab work
• Collaboration with other team members
• General hospital cleaning
• Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings, noticing areas of need within the practice
• Weekend availability is required
