Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Forge robust relationships with our senior management team, serving as a trusted advisor to address their business needs effectively.
- Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to craft and execute comprehensive financial strategies that propel our company towards its goals.
- Planning Coordination: Lead the charge in coordinating planning efforts, establishing clear priorities, and aligning financial objectives with overarching company goals.
- Financial Oversight: Take charge of all matters related to accounting and finance, overseeing financial plans, accounting practices, and performance management.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead our Accounting and Finance teams to excellence, ensuring both exceptional day-to-day service delivery and strategic readiness for future challenges.
- Fiduciary Stewardship: Shoulder the responsibility for the financial health of our organization, maintaining vigilance over financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis of financial performance, developing forecasts, and meticulously monitoring ongoing performance against benchmarks.
- Variance Management: Direct monthly variance analysis of actual operating, capital, and project spending, making informed adjustments to optimize future projections and budgets.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations.
- Risk Management: Mitigate risk and safeguard assets by developing and maintaining robust internal control systems.
