Residential Superintendent - Templeton, CA

Were a rapidly growing builder in the Central Coast market, and we need a full-time Residential Superintendent to join our team. We are a cohesive, hard-working team who are outgoing, friendly, and caring, with a clear company vision.

Youll be responsible for managing all functions of the construction job site as it relates to building quality residential homes. Your main duties will include:

• Directing and supervising staff and trade partners
• Preparing project reports and conducting daily walks
• Adhering to project schedule
• Promoting and demonstrating servant minded leadership
• Approving trade partner work orders
• Monitoring project cleanliness and quality

We require at least 5 (five) years of experience as a Superintendent for the home building industry and a high school diploma or equivalent, though higher education or additional experience with a home builder is preferred. Desirable knowledge, skills, or abilities include:

• Management of construction resources
• Reading and interpreting plans and other construction documents
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork and cooperation
• Action-oriented and decisive
• Customer-centric
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Above-average aptitude for the use of Jobsite and mobile technology, (Co-construct experience is desired)
