**We are expanding our team with a motivated and energetic Behavior Therapists in Paso Robles, Templeton, and Atascadero**
Compensation: $18/hour-$23/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Description
- Provides direct 1:1 services to children with autism and related disorders in the home or clinic setting under the supervision and guidance of the case specialist, supervisor, and clinical team
- Attends scheduled team meetings, related observations, and implements behavior interventions and programs.
- Teaching communication, self-care, social skills, etc.
- Implements behavior intervention strategies as decided upon in team meetings and/or as directed by case specialist or supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a Behavior Therapist
- Other job titles: Behavioral therapist, behavioral technician, autism technician, behavior therapist, behavior technician, behavior interventionist, BII, paraprofessional

- Over 20 Billable hours/week, after 90 days
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children.
- BA degree in psychology, sociology, or other related field is a plus
- RBT certification is a plus.
- Must legally be authorized to work in the United States
- Possesses a California driver’s license and have proof of automobile insurance.
- Must provide verification of negative TB test and a criminal background check.
