Manufacturing Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all production operations including production lines, safety, quality, and other production-related activities.
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
- Establish a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Responsible for overseeing management and a team of 15-20 production employees.
- Produce and create reports for upper management regarding on-time delivery.
Manufacturing Manager Requirements
- Over 4 years of recent production or manufacturing management experience.
- Experience in lean, continuous improvement.
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing quality systems and processes like ISO9000.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- Plus an annual bonus
