This is a four month contract role, available immediately.

Job Summary : Apply daily cash receipts in a timely manner to maintain accurate A / R records. Maintain invoicing and A / R packet files in an organized manner.

Able to prioritize work to maximize performance. Provide administrative support as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibities ( any combination of the following job duties) :

• All employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.
• Proper allocation of payments received via checks, efts, ach and credit cards.
• Run credit card payments.
• Reconcile government payments and apply payments accordingly.
• Scan invoices to ERP systems.
• Collection and reconciliation of customer aging accounts.
• Submitting invoices to various customer platforms
• Works with sales staff on past dues or issues on accounts
• Customer set up in ERP system.
• Customer service skills a must
• Excel and Word skills a must
