About the team and position

We're looking for incredibly intelligent, highly technical, hard-working go-getters who are excited about working in a product-driven technology company to help us drive the best customer experience.
Ideally, you are fanatical about delighting users and developers, moving huge numbers, and seeing your product vision come to life. You love being involved with every step of the process, from developing technical designs and prototypes to solution design and iteration. You care deeply about communication and coordination of your product launches. You obsess over highly performant and highly available platforms that can scale with traffic and adapt fluidly to changing requirements of Carvana's business. In the course of a day you will have strategic product conversations with teams across Carvana and deep technical conversations with software engineers and architects in turn excitement for the evolving platform through demos and roadmap presentations with partner teams and stakeholders. You're highly autonomous while being highly collaboratively, communicative, and capable of taking high-level business problems and quickly developing solutions. And you're passionate about building deep relationships with your stakeholders and making sure their needs are represented to the rest of the business.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a foundational team at Carvana. We are building the next generation business platform that will help drive our growth for years to come. You're also expected to be the leader of your team, ultimately responsible for the success of projects and the long-term trajectory of your KPIs.
