Autism and Developmental Intervention Services, Inc. (A.D.I.S) provides in-home ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and energetic individuals to join our team! A.D.I.S. will provide paid training for the selected candidate to become a Registered Behavior Technician (see www.BACB.com for more information on becoming an RBT).
A.D.I.S. is currently hiring for a part-time positions consisting of 30 hours plus a week. Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday (no weekends required).
Service Areas: Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar. We offer In-home and Center/Clinic positions.
Starting hourly rate $20.00-$22.00.
Mileage (.67 cents per mile) and drive time reimbursement ($16.00 an hour, current minimum wage).
Flexible schedules and no weekends required.
Extensive hands-on training (online and on-sight) and ongoing program oversight by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (B.C.B.A.s) to help children increase skills.
Teach and help to promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance for every individual.
Collect and accurately record data on clients progress.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred but not required. We will provide selected job candidate with paid Registered Behavior Technician 40 hour online training.
Candidates must be energetic, animated, and outgoing, with a passion for helping children achieve their true potential.
Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated, creative, organized, and reliable.
Minimum of 2 years working with children with or without disabilities; experience working with children who have autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred but not required.
Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Ability to interact with children( i.e. running and implementing physical intervention and strategies when necessary).
Comfortable working with children who display behavior problems
