This is an in-office role that requires work in the Taylorville, IL office Monday - Friday.
Summary
The Billing Specialist is responsible for all invoicing related to a set group of clients (to be determined). The Billing Specialist will also act as a resource to support the efforts of the Billing Manager in any necessary role.
Essential Duties
- Run daily/weekly invoice drafts and pertaining SOW detail
- Ensure validity of all assigned client invoices including service revenue, shipping, printing, and material handling, as well as generate any necessary backup reports
- Maintain all V3 programs related to clients assigned including marking billed projects
- Assisting with month end reporting
- Net Suite deposit and cash application support
- Maintain Invoice Register
- Prepare DG/FD Rebate Reports
- Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline's business needs
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two years of billing experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and web-based reporting
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Teamwork and team facilitation, as well as client customer satisfaction
- Ability to accept change with flexibility
