Here’s What You Will Be Doing
- Build lasting relationships with customers while helping them find the perfect items to meet their needs, tastes, and purchase options.
- Follow up with customers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Join a supportive team that works together to achieve individual goals and company expectations.
- In addition, you will partner with other members of your team to create an engaging customer experience.
- You will be responsible for consistently meeting established sales goals.
- Maintain high level of engagement, greeting customers, cultivating relationships, and discovering furnishing needs.
- Maintain knowledge of a broad range of furniture styles, trends, and products through company training and your own research of trends.
- Utilize computer tools to validate credit terms and complete sales transaction.
- Participate in a 2-week extensive training program, followed by 1 additional week of training in your store
- 12-week guarantee pay
- Weeks 1-4 $800 week
- Weeks 5-8 $700 week
- Weeks 9-12 $600 week
