Job Requirements

● Responsible for interacting with our Guests and ensuring they have a wonderful dining experience.

● Responsible for positive Guest interactions while serving them in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.

● Assumes 100% responsibility for quality Guests’ experience.

● Informs Guests of specials and menu changes.

● Confidently knows alcoholic beverage menu and is able to articulate to Guests.

● Up-selling is a mandatory requirement.

● Offers specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and dessert recommendations upon request or suggestions based on what you think your Guests will enjoy.

● Ensure assigned sections is in impeccable condition for seating of Guests during entirety of shift.

● Confidently and accurately answer questions about our food, beverages, and other restaurant information.

● Accurately take food and beverage orders from Guests and enter into point-of-sale system in a timely manner.

● Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to Guests in a timely matter.

● Perform and complete assigned side work during each shift.

● Complete opening and closing checklists.

● Maintain, clean, and stock service and dining areas as needed during entirety of shift.

● Monitor and observe Guests’ dining experience. Ensure Guests are satisfied with the food and service.

● Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.

● Provide intuitive “silent service”.

● Responsible for pre-bussing, clearing, cleaning, and setting tables/sections for seating of Guests.

● Prepare final bill, present check to Guest, accept payment, and process through the point-of-sale system.

● Be ready and willing to assist fellow service team members before and when they ask.

● Thank Guests for their visit and invite them to return.

● Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.

● Notify manager-on-duty any time a Guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience.

● Work efficiently and calmly under high pressure and high volume situations.

● Performs other duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications, Experience and Education:

● Previous server experience in restaurant or hospitality required.

● Previous bartending experience in restaurant or hospitality required.

● Must have experience working in a team environment.

● Must have a High School diploma or GED.

● An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

● Must be eligible to work in the United States.

● Must be 18 years of age or older as required by state law to serve alcoholic beverages.

● Must have the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system.

● Must have food handler’s card and alcohol awareness training certification where required by state and local laws.

Shift Flexibility: Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights and weekends. Must be able to work overtime as required.

Physical Demands: Must be able to work in a standing position for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to work under stress, have excellent organizational skills and multi-task throughout shift. Must have a clean, professional appearance with excellent grooming habits. Be able to safely lift, carry and easily maneuver trays of food frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

Pay: $150.00 - $300.00 per day
