Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for sales, customer service, and business development coupled with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and the ability to negotiate effectively are highly desirable skills for this role. Applicants must be comfortable climbing tall ladders and should not have a fear of heights.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Apply technical sales expertise to effectively market products/services - Deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate strong client relationships - Negotiate agreements and finalize deals to achieve sales objectives -Analyze sales data to develop strategies for increasing sales and meeting targets
- Manage leads, follow up with clients and monitor sales activity utilizing Salesforce or comparable CRM platform
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in external sales or technical sales
- Spanish speaking skills are a plus
- Exceptional customer service abilities with a keen understanding of consumer needs and market trends
- Proven track record in analyzing market data and trends to create successful sales strategies - Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is preferred
- Experience in Roofing, Construction, or Technology B2C sales a plus
- Account management expertise
