Location: MacDill AFB, FL

Terms: Full-time, On-site

Experience: Junior-level position with less than 5 years' experience

Qualifications:

• Education: BS/BA.
• Experience developing and executing analytic and assessment processes in support of operations or campaigning.
• Experience translating operational requirements to analytic solutions.
• Experience executing campaign or partner force assessments.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word beyond the typical user level.
• Experience supporting the DoD.
• Knowledge of G/S/J5 functions, including strategy, planning, and assessments and G/S/J3 functions including current and future operations, global force management, and resource prioritization processes.
• Ability to conduct evidence-based, qualitative, and quantitative analysis informing campaigning, planning, and resourcing decisions.
• Experience building analytical frameworks.
• Experience collecting data.
• Ability to author reports.
• Ability to illustrate analysis findings.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Python, R-Studio/R-Shiny, Tableau, PowerBI, VBA, MATLAB, and GitHub.
• Ability to determine, locate, and synthesize large volumes of unstructured data.
