SummaryManages and optimizes the systems architecture, including configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Office 365 applications and Virtual Server Infrastructure. Ensures data security and compliance, collaborates with IT professionals, and provides technical support to end-users. Requires expertise in Office 365 applications, VMware, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team to ensure smooth IT system operations.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Design, plan, deploy, and manage all Microsoft 365 services
  • Administration of Microsoft Office 365 workloads (Intune, Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Administration and configuration of Microsoft Defender ATP
  • Experience with Network Infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, VLAN, VPN, DNS)
  • Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting virtualized (VMware and Hyper-V) and physical environments
  • Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting Workstations (Windows 10 and newer) and Servers (2019 and Newer)
  • Experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting a variety of hardware and software applications
  • Experience with scripting languages and technologies (VBScript, PowerShell, etc…)
  • Ability to think creatively and identify ways to improve efficiency, reduce complexity and increase security
  • Ability to identify issues and resolve problems in a timely matter
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly, prioritize tasks, and achieve due dates
  • Ability to make effective decisions and handle numerous tasks under pressure
  • Highly Organized, Motivated, Upbeat, Positive, and Pleasant Demeanor

Key Responsibilities
  • Installing, Maintaining, Troubleshooting, and Upgrading Equipment, Computer Hardware, Software, and Peripherals and other IT Systems.
  • Perform system maintenance and upgrades after normal business hours when necessary and be on call (occasionally)
  • Stay up to date on current technology, trends, best practices, and tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Create and maintain internal and external documentation
  • Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced resources
  • Maintaining Ninja One platform for all endpoint devices.
  • Participate in the on-call weekend rotation for event support.
  • Audio/Visual experience is a plus
RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate: MD-102 Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience at this level
  • Vmware and Networking Experience
  • Strong Performance analysis and troubleshooting skills
  • Multiple relevant certifications are strongly desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science is strongly desired
