South Dale Mabry Self Storage is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Tampa, FL
Part time maintenance position available. 25 hr week, Monday - Friday, hours flexible. Duties include keeping floors/ windows clean, making sure bathrooms are clean, changing light bulbs and a/c filters regularly, light electric and plumbing, general maintenance. Candidate must be dependable, trustworthy and have reliable transportation. Must have at least 5 years maintenance experience. Only serious need apply. Perfect for a retired person.
