Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced On-Site Superintendent. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activites to ensure projects are being completed within the appropriate KPIs. The Superintendent organizes work, directs personnel and vendors, and reviews completion rates and costs daily. They ensure that appropriate materials and equipment are available in the required time frame and that any issues are addressed or escalated. The Superintendent consistently evaluates on-site hourly personnel, conducts safety meetings, enforces safety rules, and secures the site/building at close of each workday. The Superintendent is a leader on the construction site and is responsible for communicating progress to stakeholders. The Superintendent reports to the Director of Construction and will be responsible for the onsite execution of custom home builds and/or high-end renovations. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated problem solver.

Responsibilities:
- Daily onsite management of the project, materials, and vendors.
- Ensure that the job is on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, manage personnel, and enforce safety regulations.
- Resolution and/or escalation of project issues as they arise.
- Problem-solver, decision-maker, and a leader on the construction site

Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 3 years on-site constructionsupervision experience

Preferred Skills:
- Experienced with construction timeline and subcontractor management
- Knowledge of Florida building code and site safety requirements
