JOB TITLE: Bilingual Medical Receptionist-English & Spanish speaking and writing
GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
The Bilingual Medical Receptionist / Phone Operator performs general business office functions that may include some or all of the following:
- Greeting patients at check in
- Processing all intake forms
- Scanning documents
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Stocking rooms
- Accompanying patients to exam rooms
- Stocking patient Lobby
- Inventory
- Ensures all insurance, demographic, and eligibility information is obtained from patients and entered into the billing system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Registers patients in the system.
- Collects and revises all patient insurance information.
- Any other duties assigned to you from the Clinical Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Microsoft suite knowledge a plus
- Front experience in a medical environment including experience with EMR software.
- Bilingual-English and Spanish speaking and writing.
