Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Principal/Headmaster to lead our educational institution in fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring academic excellence. The Headmaster will oversee the daily operations, manage staff, and collaborate with the board of directors to promote student success.

Duties:

- Develop and implement educational goals and objectives in alignment with the school's mission
- Supervise teaching staff, administrative personnel, and support staff

-Provide necessary mentoring and model expectations
- Actively work with School Board to manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Establish and maintain effective communication with students, parents, teachers, and the community
- Monitor student progress, discipline, attendance, and overall well-being
- Ensure compliance with educational laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Lead professional development initiatives for staff to enhance teaching practices
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and make necessary adjustments for improvement -Complete annual job performance appraisals for all staff

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education or related field; Doctorate preferred
- Proven experience as a Principal or in a senior administrative role within an educational setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
