Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, And Skills)
- 4-year College Degree in Accounting and/or Business or an equivalent amount of related education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience
- Knowledge of all Accounting Principles
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- 5 years related work experience, prior cost accounting experience is a plus
- Good computer acumen: Knowledge of SAP and InFor reporting systems and/or a proven ability to create reports.
- Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting
- Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen
- Advanced experience with Excel preferred
- Intermediate experience with SAP preferred
- Work within small team to develop new manufacturing location and new processes to support smooth mass production start-up of EV products
- Implement ERP system into new manufacturing facility.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high level of accuracy
- Maintains clean and orderly work environment in accordance with 6S
- Interacts with various levels of associates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organization needed
- Ability to promote and carry out the “Astemo Philosophy”
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions, exercise good judgment, and be highly motivated
- Confers with and prepares reports for upper management and possibly other Astemo companies
- Ensures all local, state, and federal laws and regulations are complied with in functional area
- Coordinates and recommends cost savings and efficiency ideas for the facility
- Will not supervise associates
- Some travel may be required
