Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals in their homes. The Caregiver will help with daily activities, personal care, and companionship to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Support clients with mobility assistance and transportation to appointments
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Engage clients in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as senior care or home care
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with dementia care and working with people with developmental disabilities
- Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Proficient in providing hospice care and understanding end-of-life needs
- Skilled in monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in hospice care
- Training in behavior management techniques
- Background in senior care or working with individuals with dementia
