Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Operations Manager at DVM Elite is responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team to achieve business goals effectively.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Client Relationships:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to address inquiries, concerns, and issues, fostering positive outcomes.
• Monitor client website performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Effectively communicate analysis and results to clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.

Operational Efficiency:

• Design and implement scalable processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards across all activities.
• Act as a project manager for member's site builds, overseeing the process from inception to execution and measurement.
• Collaborate closely with Business Operations to ensure seamless data syncing with internal systems.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and web development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team as needed.
• Coordinate SEO strategies with cross-functional teams to maximize results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent experience (5 year minimum).
• Proven experience in digital marketing operations, with a focus on leadership and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of web development, SEO strategies, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Hours, Availability, & Location

• Part-time role 20 - 25 hours per week with opportunity to grow.
• Availability during regular business hours in eastern, central or pacific time zone.
• Must have a permanent address and authorization to work in one of the following U.S. States: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, ME, MI, NC, PA, RI, SC, TX, WI.
