Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients in their homes, understanding their needs and preferences, and presenting tailored solutions to transform their bathrooms into stunning, functional spaces. Your expertise in bathroom and kitchen design, product knowledge, and sales acumen will be instrumental in guiding clients through the decision-making process and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients to assess their bathroom and or kitchen renovation needs and objectives.

- Listen attentively to clients' preferences, budget constraints, and design aspirations to recommend suitable products and solutions.

- Present comprehensive proposals and design concepts that align with clients' requirements and showcase the value of our services.

- Collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and sales progress using our CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product innovations, and best practices to enhance your expertise and deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales of at least three years, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.

- Knowledge of bathroom and kitchen design principles, materials, and products.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home consultations.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
