Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Driver. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting company goods and personnel to various locations. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and personnel to designated locations
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is in order before and after each trip
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues
- Keep track of mileage and fuel usage for company vehicles
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a driver is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must have excellent vision and hearing
