SmileyCuse is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Certified Dental Assistant who is seeking a fulfilling opportunity in Orthodontics! Join our vibrant Orthodontic office in Syracuse NY, where you’ll be part of a fun and team-focused environment dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients!
At SmileyCuse we see patients 3 days a week, but you’re able to schedule full time hours with our administrative days used for follow up with patients and planning for the week ahead. We start with an 8:45 morning meeting and your day ends around 4pm! You will know your schedule a year in advance and can plan for your paid vacation time!

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist orthodontists with patient examinations and treatments
- Take panoramic x-rays & impressions
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate patient records
-Assist with front office tasks and sterile as needed
Qualifications:
- New York State Certified Dental Assistant
- Orthodontic knowledge preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
