Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care:

• Conduct comprehensive histories, physical exams, and order diagnostic tests

• Develop personalized treatment plans

• Build meaningful connections with patients through longer appointments (20/40 minutes)

• Collaborate in a supportive environment:

• Work closely with renowned physicians & advanced practice providers

Required Qualifications:

• NYS licensed/registered Nurse Practitioner (NP)

• Specialty area of certification consistent with Family Medicine

• NPI number & Medicare Enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months)

• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

• Preferred: 3-5 years of prior NP experience in primary care outpatient setting
