- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and repair of computer hardware and software
REPORTS TO: Technology Director
Performance Responsibilities
- Demonstrate prompt and regular attendance.
- Troubleshooting problems with mobile devices and computer hardware.
- Troubleshooting problems with computer software.
- Troubleshooting problems with Interactive panels.
- Troubleshooting problems with LCD projectors.
- Troubleshooting problems with IP cameras.
- Installation of network hardware and cabling.
- Maintains the security and integrity of the network.
- Works cooperatively with fellow technology staff to complete district initiatives.
- Utilize Technology Work Order system to efficiently perform job tasks.
- Ensures that software programs work appropriately.
- Performs additional duties as designated by the Technology Director
- Clean filters on LCD projectors.
- Clean computer hardware.
- Organize Chromebooks for school year.
- Set up and configure computer stations for school year.
- Other duties as assigned.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually by the Technology Director.
