Job Description
- Handling all aspects of group reservations (mainly leisure) and maintaining accurate and efficient communication with clients
- Coordinate with the Sales/Events teams to understand group requirements to meet client’s needs
- Maintaining detailed records of group blocks, special request, billing information and follow up on invoicing and payment
- Work closely with Revenue Team and collaborate with other departments such us Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B to ensure smooth running of groups stay
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns related to group bookings
- Create opportunities for increased revenue & loyalty to achieve financial targets
- Ensuring service standards & agreed systems are achieved
- Assist FIT reservations, as per business demand
- Previous experience in hotel reservations preferred
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in hotel reservations systems, property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
