- Conduct entry and exit residential property reports
- Take photos and videos to accurate reflect condition of the property

- Working with the BDM to prepare advertisements for rental properties
- Showing properties for lease to potential tenants
- Processing tenancy applications
- Assisting potential tenants in sourcing suitable rental properties
