Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Family Lawyer and Senior Lawyer to join our team. You will have the unique opportunity to learn from an established and experienced family lawyer. The primary location for supervision and learning will be our Northern Beaches office, though you will have the flexibility to work from our Surry Hills office as well.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist with family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and property settlements.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings.
• Provide support to senior lawyers in case preparation and management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of family law regulations and practices.
• Qualifications:Recently graduated with a law degree.
• Strong interest in family law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
