The Role Covetrus is a global animal health organization providing a range of integrated products and services which drive improved clinical and financial outcomes for vets and pet owners. Due to an international internal move, we are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis and be based out of Sydney (Erskine Park). You will play an important role in ensuring Salesforce.com is configured, implemented, supported, and enhanced across our software and distribution businesses and you will gain fantastic exposure to our global Salesforce.com team, local business leaders and challenging project work. To be successful, it is important you are a self-starter, can work autonomously and have a customer focused approach. We work in a flexible way too so are open to flexible, hybrid working arrangements. Your main responsibilities will include – Daily administration and technical/functional support for Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds including user administration, profiles and roles, and platform customisation. Providing quality support to users for the technical aspects of application utilities and functions, such as reporting. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the platform is driving value and providing recommendations for process and application improvements. Analysing, understanding, and translating business needs into technical configurations that administrators and developers can use as guidelines for configuration and/or programming work. Facilitating or participating in testing activities to ensure development work meets user requirements. Preparation of materials and/or conducting end-user training sessions to support use and feature sets for new or updated systems and applications. About You To be successful you will have; Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT and/or other related field combined with Salesforce ADM201 and ADM211 certification as a minimum. Demonstrated minimum five years’ experience in a similar Salesforce Admin role with specific exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud preferred. Demonstrated experience in building custom applications and objects, workflow and customer views as well as a background in Salesforce security practices. Strong data management skills. The ability to work as part of a remote team, local business and flexibility to work well with a geographically dispersed team globally.
