We are seeking experienced bartenders to join our growing team. 3 years bartending experience required; high volume, fast paced environment preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a courteous professional manner
  • Mix and serve beverages according to set guidelines to ensure uniformity of service
  • Ensure that bar area is properly stocked and maintained
  • Responsible for understanding menus (preparation and display)
  • Has knowledge of mixology
  • Communicates all problems or concerns to Restaurant Manager
  • Exhibits teamwork and assists co-workers when needed
  • Clears and waits on tables when needed
  • Ensures that bar area is properly set and cleaned on a regular basis
  • Assist General Manager with monthly inventories to ensure accuracy
  • Attend training classes and staff meetings as required
  • Follow Operation procedures including opening and closing of restaurant
  • Informs Restaurant Manager of needed equipment or necessary repairs
  • Monitor the security of all beverage items
  • Maintain a clean and organized area at all times
  • Display friendliness, positivity and helpfulness at all times, to co-workers, Customers, Vendors, Business Partners and fellow Employee Partners
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Observe all safety and security procedures. Use equipment and material properly. Report potentially unsafe conditions
  • Accept direction and constructive criticism from management
  • Able to stand for 10 hours and lift/move up to 40 pounds
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational, communication and suggested selling skills
  • An outgoing, positive and trustworthy self-starter with the ability to prioritize duties among multiple, concurrent tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in a systems-based environment including app based POS and tapped keg management system
  • Ability to follow direction and adhere to company policy and procedures
  • Extensive craft beer knowledge is a plus
  • Basset Certified and Food Service Sanitation certified is mandatory

Pay: From $7.80 per hour
