Wood Village Senior Living Community is Hiring a RN Unit Manager Near Sweetwater, TN

Wood Village in Sweetwater is seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to join our healthcare team. The Unit Manager will oversee the nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. We are looking for an individual to promote a quality work environment while building relationships with residents, doctors and staff. This position reports directly to the Director of Nurses.

Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor patient care plans and update as necessary
- Train and mentor nursing staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Handle patient complaints and incidents effectively

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in TN.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience with IV insertion, spinal taps, and administering injections
- Familiarity with PCC
- Understanding of occupational health practices

Pay: $31.96 - $41.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
