The Wingspan Group is Hiring a Restaurant server Near Swannanoa, NC
Zella's Deli & Restaurant in Swannanoa is looking for a server / manager to help with our small staff. We are a family owned restaurant looking for some friendly help.
The ideal candidate would have a few years of server experience and at least some managerial experience as well. We are open 7 days a week and serve lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch.
This position would be evening and day shifts and requires weekends.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
Requirements and skills :
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Familiarity with restaurant pos systems
