Client Overview :

Our client, an esteemed finance firm with multinational clientele. They are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with 1-3 years of related experience to join their finance team!

Salary / Hourly Rate :

$27 $32

Position Overview :

The successful Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate will manage daily tasks related to accounts receivable and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist prepares and send out invoices, credit memos, and maintain an updated billing system.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• Ensure timely collection of payments
• Resolve issues related to non-payment including discrepancies and client disputes
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist :

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Competence in Microsoft Office, databases and accounting software

Education Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field is required
