In the Digital Sales Specialist position, your core goal will be identifying and qualifying high-potential client opportunities to partner with Direct Agents. The Digital Sales Executive will manage pipeline and lead generation and drive revenue through client calls and meetings. Our fast-paced sales team has an infectious drive to exceed individual and team revenue goals, offering a competitive yet rewarding environment. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, self-motivated sales professional who can confidently represent our brand.
What you will be selling:
You will sell digital advertising packages to local, regional, and national clients as a digital advertising salesperson. These packages will include various digital advertising products, such as Over-The-Top (OTT) advertising, Connected TV (CTV) advertising, Geofencing, digital radio advertising, social media advertising, and other innovative digital advertising solutions.
Who you will be working with:
You will be part of a new regional office growing out of Atlanta, GA. The current team, with over five years of experience in digital sales, is known for its supportive and collaborative nature. They will provide training and coaching and work closely with you to build a new client base quickly. The team offers depth in creative services and technical support and has a leadership team that is always ready to support you as you grow.
Duties and responsibilities
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in sales. Candidates with some digital or advertising sales are strongly considered but not required.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business goals.
We are looking for candidates with a robust business-to-business sales skill set, including the ability to identify and qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals. Experience in digital or advertising sales is a plus but not a requirement. We seek candidates who can work and learn in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high professionalism and quality in your work.
Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking.
Physical Requirements
You will work in a fully remote to slightly hybrid position.
You must have access to a private office at home and high-speed internet access.
You will need video-based sales skills and be comfortable on multiple daily calls.
Ability to work at a desk 6-8 hours a day.

You will report directly to the regional office's Director of Digital Sales and Digital Sales Manager.
