Join Our TeamFacilities Maintenance Coordinator-Surprise, AZ Mon-Fri FT 40 hrs week $21.14 ph.
- NO RELOCATION PROVIDED-WILL CONSIDER ONLY APPLICANTS CURRENTLY RESIDING OR ABLE TO COMMUTE DAILY TO SURPRISE, AZ AREA WHO HAVE 2 YEARS HANDS ON CURRENT OR RECENT MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE.
What will you be doing? Perform, plan, direct and coordinate all facility maintenance and ensure proper safety, sanitation and mechanical functions for the facilities including grounds and maintenance. Responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
What qualifications do you need?
- Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Peoria/Sun City area before starting work. (No Relocation Assistance).
- HS Diploma/GED Equivalency.
- Required minimum 2 years facilities maintenance for adult day program, skilled nursing facility or apartment experience (including vendor management and light HVAC experience).
- Company Insurance Requirements for Drivers.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and Proof of Current Vehicle Insurance.
- 21 yrs. of age *5 years clean MVD Record.
- Able to successfully pass Non-DOT Physical & Drug/Alcohol screening (pre-hire & random screenings).
- Successfully pass background clearance.
