- High School Diploma or GED Required

- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Driver Certification
- Level 2: Must be certified in non-lethal weapons (training provided)
- Prior security, military and/or law enforcement experience required
