Sales and Service Representative

We are looking for an individual who enjoys customer service, data processing, and phone work. As a Sales Support Representative you will support the sales team in writing sales agreements and ensure agreements are received an returned, make outbound calls to new and existing customers to complete contract renewals for pest management services.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Contact past and potential clients to renew their annual pest management services either by phone or email
• Data entry of information for new and existing clients.
• Skills and Attributes
• Customer service experience.
• Contract writing and audit experience.
• Good planning and organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and manner.
• Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
